Fender Question

Are CJ front fenders and Jeepster front fenders the same?

 

No if you look close you will see the jeepsters have about 2or 3 inchs extra at the bottom by the tub.

 

Thanks my partster must have cj grill and hood with Jeepster fenders.

 

grille is almost identical, has two extention tabs on top for the marker lights, marker lights are on the lower of the cj grille

 

looked at your pictures in your other thread, i have not seen one quite like that

 

DJ fenders are very close...at least that's what Howard told me when he sold me some.

 

Hood hold downs are farther outbouard on Jeepster because of the wider hood

 

wider hood is what i thought, but his pictures in the other thread dont look like any jeepster i have ever seen, the hood gets narrower at the front like a cj. may just be a year that i havent seen:?

That's what it looks like to me, the hood hold downs are still out at the edges of the fenders, and the bottoms of the fenders match the rockers, as far as I know only Jeepsters had fender bottoms like this.
