Are these Orignal Jeep Wheels

    Will they fit my 1972 CJ5 with 11" brakes? The seller claims them to be 15"x8" 5"on5.5" with a 4" hole. Are they original jeep? Thanks in advance.

    the rims that i got with the 73 are 15x8 5 hole 5.5 with a hair over a 4 inch hole. i dont know if they are original jeep rims, but they should fit with no problem

    Hmm. I thought the Jeep wheels were 7" wide. You need to measure from bead surface to bead surface, inside. If the seller measured the outside, then he may be calling them 8" wide.

    They look right though.

    Those aren't 8" wheels, they look like 7's..Are these the ones in the classifieds here?


    Did the Jeep versions have the outside bead that doesn't accept wheel weights?
    Personally, I'd avoid them just for that reason./

    So these won't accept outside wheel weights? 7" wheels hmm, does that mean no 12.50" tires? I have until tomorrow morning...
