Anyone have some info on these?
The chiltons don't have much on them.
One of the valves wasn't moving when the hydrolic lifter moved, the push rod din't move the rocker arm or the valve. the valve moves when you put pressure on it.

    Thanks

Is the intake manifold off so you can see the lifters?

yes, I took it out and filled it with oil, seems to have less spring in the lifter now, like it should move the rocker arm

Sounds like there is still a bit of air in it, hopefully that will work out in a few seconds after starting or while doing a pre lube.

Rotate the engine to get the pressure off that rocker arm and rotate the push rod to see if it is bent. Even with a collapsed lifter, there should still be quite a bit of rocker movement.

yes, I am going to drain and replace the oil in there...been sitting a while.
then take each one apart and lube and re assemble the engine. Hopefully it will start right up!
