tailgate 4 Wheel Drive stencil

    What was the last year that the 4 Wheel Drive stencil appeared on the tailgate of the cj5. I have a 70 and it doesn't appear that it ever had one. Looking at a picture of an unrestored 70 renegade I don't see one either.

    70 wpuld be a hard year to decide, I mean is it a early or late 70? (pre AMC or post AMC) I know they did not start big changes till 72 but my late 70 does not have it and if another does, well then maybe that is the year it could have stopped. However, this is speculation.

    go to the 3b page and search. the stencil changed at least once then was dropped... If you want it by the way go to beachwood canvas
