novak sm420 adaptor question

I purchased a used adaptor for a dana 18/20. I thought that my transfer case was had a 4 inch bore because of the 10 spline input gear. But found out that it has the smaller bore.

My question is do I need to get a different bearing adaptor or can I just use the bearing only, and does novak sell parts for this kit.

I'm not sure but I think you may need a t-86 bearing adapter, but wait and let someone else give there opinion, because i may be wrong.

 

read his site, irrc he says he has a way to make that work. seems like I remember him saying if not sure of size order the larger one, I may be confused about which parts

what site are you refering to. What does irrc stand for

Called novak today and ordered the right bushing and bearing and they threw in gaskets for free.
