locking Hub

Any ideas on who made this locking hub on my 1964??
I tried Warn Industries, and they said that it didn’t sound like one of theirs

Sorry Jon tried to do this yesterday, but was unsuccessful. I'm going to try to add a photo now, but I'm not really sure how to do it. Of course when I try to call him to find out how, he is not answering the phone. He is probably out tinkering or running around with Eugenia (64 CJ5). Hopefully this works
