Just received my new Pro Comp lift today. I checked through the kit and noticed there was no transfer case drop hardware. I thought it would have come with that. It does have shims for the rear axle. Anyone running a 2.%" lift without lowering the transger case?

In fact, my cross member is slightly higher than stock, and with the T18, my rear driveshaft is only ~12" long..No vibes.

I assume you Jeep is an early (since you're in this section). All you need to lower the crossmember is some 1/4" plates (that's what was factory) or the like, and some longer bolts. If you decide you want to lower the transfer case.
