'65CJ5 Emission Controls Help

After tearing down my F134 for a rebuild, I find I've had a memory lapse. I'm not sure of how to hook up the crankcase breather components. Does anyone have a photo, sketch, schematic, or good description of how all this plumbing goes together? I THINK that air is taken off the air cleaner by hose to the fitting on top of the intake valve cover, then another hose takes air from the fitting on the oil filler tube to the PCV valve, then to the "T" which plugs into the intake manifold below the carb and also vents to outside through the 1/16" tube. I'd rather be sure than put this together on a guess.
