What screws are used on the w/s hinge to tub? Phillips head or Torx? If Torx, anyone know the size? Or should I just plan on a drill? Trying to get a w/s this weekend and want to be prepared.TIA

I believe those are torx screws. Mine are. As to what size I have no idea.

I believe aalison is right. My beater'75 has torx screws (original) but the used glass body I bought had phillips screws in the hinges. Either way they are a PITA to get out They should be 5/16" screws by whatever length you think you need. I put 5/16" x 1" flat head socket screws in when I re-installed the lowers last night.

Start soaking them in PB Blaster tonight. If they are badly rusted, soak them for a week or so. THen go easy on the them to slowly get them out. If you hoss on them, bad things will happen.
