    Using the Winch

The winch is designed to use 5/16" cable or rope. Drum capacity is 150 feet. Pulling capacity is 8,000 pounds. Hoisting capacity is 1,500 pounds.
    Thanks Y'all....

    Hey, OldIron!!
Post a picture... What does your koenig look like? It will probably only accomodate 100 ft or so of 3/8 cable...needs 5/16.

Bob mine looks like yours - my jeep came out of the forest service Dept. and the pto winch is mounted on the back. the only down side is when using 1st gear to pull line in, the cable wants to pull you backwards and wheels go forward so transfer case ends up in neutral .. By the way my engage / dis-engage was broken off made a temp home made fork to get by, is yours still stock or what have you got?
