thats a long list of specs, you should look into getting a fsm. here are most the main ones.

    main bearing cap: 80-110
    connecting rod caps: 30-40
    cyl. head: 65-85
    oil pan: 10-16
    timing chain cover: 25-33
    water pump: 6-8
    intake manifold: 45-55
    exhaust manifold: 15-20
    rocker arm covers: 3-5
    rocker arm shaft brackets: 25-35

these specs are in ft-lb's. haynes manual has these specs and available at most parts stores. the fsm is more $ but well worth it. good luck:beer:

FSM (or really TSM) is the way to go. Especially if you've torn down the 225. It's an immense help in reassembly not only torque specs but order and other things.
