I have a 69 CJ with stock V6 and 3 speed trans....now here is the question....
I have a T98 behind an Fhead 4 Cyl. in a CJ6.....can I swap in the T98 in place of the stock trans in my 69?
    Thanks in advance

Nope, no easy way. It's F134-specific. A Ford or Jeep T-18 would be way easier to mate to the V6.

I did a T18 conversion on my V6 and while cheap(at least for me), it took quite a bit of finessing to get to fit. In retrospect I think If I had to spend the cash for an adapter I would go the SM route. Just a thought.......

Just as an FYI, you could probably sell the T-98 setup to someone with an F or L-head for at least what a T-18 or SM465 plus adapters would cost.
