The POS said it has lockers in front and rear and that he changed all fluids in the jeep. I have a popping in the rear that will change sides when I turn. Is this the locker and do I need some type of additive that he may not have put in?

depends on the type of locker
powerlock/trac-lock have clutch plates and the additive is needed

A Lock-Rite locker will unload suddenly, usually when pulling out of a tight turn on hard pavement. It will scare the bejeezus out of you until you get used to it. :)

You may want to jack the rear up and check the wheels for play. Side to side and in and out. I had a bad/disintergrated bearing that allowed side play of the axle shaft. Caused a popping sound when turning.

Lose lug nuts will do the same, or if you are only driving on 3 like I was awhile back. Then they tend to break and leave you wondering how the hell you drove the 2 miles into work with one stud left on the assembly with out your tire falling off, thus making you pay 50 bucks for over night shipping to get new studs and lug nuts that all together cost 20 bucks because the stores here dont stock anything I have ever needed. You then spend 6 hours trying to get your front hubs back together because the damn bearring wont seat right for you to get the c-ring on. All the while using the same tools you use on an aircraft and a 35ton jack that lifts the jeep like you were jackng a feather. (I have got to get me one of those jacks for my self)

To make a rambling long story short Check it as soon as possible.

Lock Rights, Aussies, and other lockers of that type click when turning, it's normal operation. Older Detroits will, too. Can you talk to the PO and find out what he installed?
