What to do (225 stuck valve)

To begin with I have have a 1969 cj5 with a 225. after rebuilding the carb (rochester), and cleaning the fuel lines I got her running. ran ok, a little rough. I took the plugs out and checked the compression, 5 cylinders read 130-140, 1 read big fat 0. Removed the valve cover and rocker rail, exhaust valve pushrod was bent, the valve (I asume was open when the jeep was parked not sure how long ago(how long does it take fuel to solidify)) was stuck. I removed the head and removed the valve and got it moving freely. I am going to take the head to the machine shop to be reworked.
My question is should go ahead and rebuild the whole engine or just put the heads back on and go. the odometer is showing 38000, don't know there is a 1 in front of that or not, it's hard to tell lots of oil on the engine, but the cylider walls look great, and very little ridge at the top of the cylinders. When I had it running there was no blue smoke, just a little black when I reved it up. I have the water pump and timing chain cover off and plan on rebuilding the oil pump and replacing the timing gears.

think i would drop the pan and see if there's any sludge on the oil pickup.
