69 cj5 225v6 stuck

    :v6:I just bought this jeep two weeks ago,it seemed to have a transmission/transfer case noise,but it drove,I shifted it into low range,it worked,parked it in my garage now it will not move,cant even push it,still runs shifts through the gears kills the motor when you let out the clutch,please any ideas,thanks:beer:

    Check for stuck brakes, jack up each wheel and see if you can turn it. Do this with engine off.

    had one that did this. it had the t-14 trans.the rear bearing on the output shaft of the trans had shattered evidently when i started off the next morn. it locked itself in 2 gears when this happened. hopefully its your e-brake and nothing like what happened to me.

    by the way it made no noise when the bearing broke. trans. was making a small noise before this happened, must have been the bearing going bad then all of a sudden it gave way.
