Here is a 62 cj5 that I purchased from the original owner in Globe Arizona (40000 original miles) about a two years ago. The body was about as straight as one could ask for. The underside and tool box were rust free. It had sat outside for so long the tranmission/transfer had water in it. Needless to say we went through everthing.. Mods include: 11" brakes, 1" Rancho springs, Warn full floater rear, two hole knuckle on the right side for future one piece tie rod. Stock 4cyl. ran some Marvel mystery oil through it and she purrs. This thing never even had a roll bar installed! Still have the original koenig hard top and doors. Found a pile of Goodyear Workhorse bias ply 700-15's back east My thanks to all the folks who helped on Early cj5.com and Especially Harry Reger In Phoenix who is a mechanical wonder.

I noticed your AZ Plates. Do you know any local part suppliers? Also I was curious as to why you didn't regaster it as a classic.
