    mine broke off road and the fan took out the radiator.

    No way!!!! Really. Tell me, tell me, tell me. I want details. Now this sounds interesting. I'm not one for gossip, my wife is though. She always wants the juicy details of everything.     Mine attatches to a metal tab bolted on the left side of the bell housing, adjusted with two jamb nuts. The ball end of the cable mounts in a fork type affair on the transmission cross member. I always thought it was some sort of torque cable thingy, but keeping the fan out of the radiator while rough jeepin is a better thing!
