    just off the topic, how is that YJ cage workn out for ya if that is truly what it is, im lookn for a better roll bar for my 68 which isn't high enough for my head.

    mine won't follow the truck grooves at all (too narrow).

    Messed with the toe... it WAS set equal. Seems not to wander like it was after we fixed it, I will have to get on on flat, non bumpy road to tell for sure, but am confident that solved it.

    On another note... shortened the drag link 1/4" and now have FULL lock to lock steering... as noted by the 33's rubbing. They robbed turnin g right before, but could barely turn left before I ran out of steering (without rubbing) Turning radius isn't as bad anymore!

    Well the Toe did NOT solve it all the way, though it helped,

    Found the real culprit today... the frame rail after the saggy swap just wasn't braced enough and was flexing and moving. The rails had actually spread apart a bit. Adam and I made another crossmember for the front when we welded in the mounts for the towbar to the frame. Then the bumper slips over them. After adding the bracing and taking it down the road I can have 2 fingers on the wheel at 60+ and it seems to track tride and true, and behave itself.

    Now to figure out why it is getting 'loose' in the rear when you let off the gas over 45 mph...
