I found an off set Dana 44 off of a Jeep Wagoneer, is it possible to swap into a rear of a CJ2A would I need to make my springs out board the frame? Also where can I find out what width the axle is?

    trickpatrick Done? LOL

Go to the full size jeep site and search.

If you are doing a trailer queen width wont matter..
But if its street able it would have to be narrowed big time.

Like Rick said, it will need to be narrowed unless you find a matching front. The lug pattern will be differnt. And to mount it with the springs you will need to mount the passenger side perch partially on the pumkin to get it to center under the jeep.

Here is a link to a site with alot of the info your looking for. Dig down to exact items and it will tell you what you need.

Example D44 Rear Axle - you have a 41 with 51" WMS to WMS - the FS NT will be 59" WMS to WMS. The pumkin on the D44 will be the issue.

would the wagoneer axles give it a stance like this? This jeep is using D44 IH Scout Axles. [IMG]

All depends on tire width and rim offset. To me that looks very wide for scout axles, but as you look it also seems the rims are way offset.
