Elect Problems

    Does anyone have or know were I can get a copy of a MSD wiring drawing? The PO installed a pain less wiring kit and installed a MSD unit. The problem I have is once the Jeep is started you can turn off the key and it's still running. I think the MSD unit is getting power from another location other than tha ign. switch. The Jeep is a 1974 CJ-5 with a 304.

    Common mistake. Unhook the alternator belt and see if your problem goes away.

    The diode did the trick but I had to pay $1.39. Thanks again.
