Put a 4" skyjacker leaf set on my 74 cj w 5.5" shackles (i know I'm an idiot) but I need a supplier of extra long brake lines to compensate for the lift. I can't find anyone who carries aftermarket xlong braided lines for my 74 cj. I just need a quick reply with a supplier and maybe a place to find a cheap drop pitman. I appreciate anyone who can help.

Just lifted my 74 4" myself... have had nothing but problems. I found extended brake lines at Turner 4WD... www.TheJeep.com. Around $130 for front and rear. Found the drop pitman arm at 4WD parts. Just wondering if you had vibration problems? I have done everything they said to do. Shimmed the rear axle, transfer case lowering kit 1", and even added a CV joint to the rear driveline and I still have a vibration with acceleration and decelartion. Cant figure it out.

A 4 inch lift plus the shackle lift? Wow! Sounds like very steep drive line angles. How big are the tires you are going to run? Lets see some pictures of the Jeep!

How about a picture of your rear driveshaft.
