    I used Rancho 2.5" springs. I really like them. At first they were a little stiff, but after less than a year of use they seem to flex pretty well.

    I have a set of superlift 2.5" for an M38 in the shed if you are interested. I thought they were very good springs, they flexed well and the ride was nice. I'm no longer using them cause I went SOA with YJ springs. Let me know if you want them and we can deal.

    I've got a complete 3" Black Diamond setup new in boxes. It took 5 months to get it. I'm advertising my Jeep for sale to pay some bills. If it sells, I'll make you a good deal on the suspension if my Jeep buyer doesn't want it.

    just had my boss go get me another sorry for the irritation. so any flattie springs will work? i called super lift and they said they didnt list a lift for an m38. they only had a listing for an m38a1. i just want to make sure i get a lift with the correct spring length this time so i can move my spring mounts back to thr stock locations and ditch this cj5 lift. it dosent flex good with the 5 lift either.thanks for all the help guys.

    M38A1 springs are like what you have now.

    M38 springs should be the same dimensions as a CJ-3A spring.

    I got everybodies PM about the springs. If I remember correctly, the rears are 42" eye to eye and the fronts are 36". I will measure them tonight so you know, but the kit was for an M38/CJ3A and they should fit any flat fender. I will weigh them too to get an idea on shipping.

    M38 = Military CJ3A

    M38A1 = Military CJ5

    PM replied. :)

    For general referrence, here are the part #s for the Black Diamond 3" kit I bought.
    The Superlift kit is quite a bit cheaper but I went with the BD anyway. Most folks seem to think it's worth the extra $$.
