more power = more carnage. Am happy with mine since I added a mild cam and headers.

I had a Golden eagle 304 and that engine is CRAP for 4 wheelin in my book! the advantage to the duece and a 1/4 is that big 50 pound (yes I mean 50 lbs of steel) that is the true wieght, and the firing order that keeps the crank under power. Ok, in the first years people changed them to evenfire to stop the vibration, they also gave up little power doing so, but I have lowered the Idle to 84 rpm and it just idled away, then snapped the throttle and it picked up without a complaint. thats that big flywheel that when you need torque take-off just rev it a bit and come off the clutch! so if you want a race car, put a 350 in your jeep. just don't go trailin with me. I get tired of pullin people out after a whileR)

nope, we agree 100%. ( i hate being indoors sick.... even more than i hate when my students come to class sick, although i appreciate their dedication.)
