I recently ordered a gasket/rebuild kit for my D30 Warn premium hubs. It came with a paper gasket for the hub body to wheel hub, a paper gasket for the hub cap to hub body, and allen head cap screws for the hub cap.

Should there not be an o-ring between the dial and the hub cap? I seem to recall one being in there.

The dial should have a square edged O ring behind it, between the dial and the dial body. Perhaps they don't include it as most people can't figure out how to remove the dial. Typically there are O rings around all the allen head screws also. Half of mine are gone. Even with all the seals and gaskets, there is still no way to keep water out if you venture into water thats above the hubs.

Mine definately has an o-ring. Seems like it's between the dial and cap but I haven't been in there this year or last.

I found replacement o-rings at a hydraulics shop where they rebuild hydraulic cylinders for heavy equipment. The guy just gave me a few @ no charge.

If I had to order them I would try herm.

I may try to find an o-ring at work because IIRC mine was rotted out and I never replaced it. It did come with larger o-rings that are supposed to replace the large gasket on the hub body. Thanks guys

Where did you get your rebuild kits, and how much were they? I need the gaskets and my LPS has no idea what I'm talking about.
    Thanks.
