It started as a simple brake job .....

    Yes, indeed. That's how it started.

    I was only going to replace a wheel cylinder, maybe the master too. Then due to pitting in both, decided maybe the lines ought to go, too.

    While I'm at it, the steering is more than a mite im-precise. Maybe I should wrestle the old Ross box out for a re-fresh at the same time?

    And Hmmm! Those tub mount channels are looking an awful lot like swiss cheese. 'Suppose I could grind out the rust & weld in a new channel or two....

    ...all above sure would be easier with the tub off!

    Oh Lordy, what a bunch of other ills I found in that process! Too late now, I've got a whole multitude of projects now.

    Mine started with a leaky radiator. Now 5 years later it is still appart.

    While I had the radiator out I decided to change to a 4.3 V6 and sm420, then disc brakes, then wanted to stiffen up the frame. The list goes on from there, but it has been worth it, as everything will be fresh, and I know every inch of my Jeep now.
