Kevin, is the tub still off the frame? If so, then it should be straightforward to see where the body bolts mount to the frame. IIRC, there's a couple different sizes of bolts involved, inlcuding a couple of carriage bolts in the bed.

OK, just checked. A few different sizes, but as best I can tell......
2 in the bed (carriage for a low profile), 4 along the rear crossmember, 1 in each foot well, 2 on the pinch seam in front of the rear wheels, and 1 in the tool box (I think). And possibly another 2 at the triangle supports at the base of the firewall, although these don't go through the frame. They just hold the hockey pucks in place.

Someone jump in if I've messed up....

Been a while. Two or three 1/2" by ???, some 3/8, maybe a 7/16 or so. Not really sure, but it was a few different ones. I just put the body on the frame and did some figgerin'.

I assume that you need to know what size holes to drill?

Although not the least expensive way, most suppliers sell "kits" that include all the bolts and body mount spacers. Around $90.00 IIRC

You should need all 3/8" bolts. I don't have the info for the length but it should be pretty easy to measure what you need. Thickness of hat channel, thickness of mounting pad, figure 1/4" for the frame brackets, flat washers both ends of bolt, thickness of nylock nuts? Four across the rear will be shorter since there isn't a hat channel there. And please don't type in all caps. :) :hurrican:
