    Yes. I had one of these in high school. The bed sides were so badly rusted, nothing was secure in the back.
    It had a V8 and could lay a scratch like nobody's business...course that's all a numbskull high school kid cares to demonstrate.

    In 2012, I shipped my CJ5 from central KS to northern UT when I was relocated. My employer covered the almost $3K transportation fee. :shock:

    wouldn't this have the t-18 trans? my 73 or 74 j4000 had the 360 with the t-18 and 4:09 gears. wish i never sold that truck. it too came from colorado.

    i also wonder how solid the frame rails are. i also had a j4000 plow truck. it wasn't a t-18 though. when i jacked up the truck with a jack, the frame started collapsing. it was a real rust bucket for sure
