This Has Me Befuddled

I haven’t had a chance to get involved with it again since Saturday other than checking the switch with the multimeter. I work a rotating work schedule with long hours 3am - 5:30pm so on those days I just have enough time to eat dinner and squeeze the wife for a minute before I head to bed. I have the day off again on Friday, I hope it’ll breathe some fire then.

 

Yes, I was planning on cracking it open and having a look.

 

I took the faulty key switch apart today to see if I could see what was causing the issue... the best I could tell is that the mechanism was kinda sloppy inside the housing. I think when they pressed it together the contact for the start post was off center a little bit so it was contacting the battery post before it should have in its rotation.

As for me, I am not bothered by this, and Paul apologized, so no problem.

It is indeed easy to unintentionally come across in a tone that is not really meant, I have done it myself, and it is probably just as easy to read more than was intended into what is written, or into exclamation points.
