Clutch Linkage Conversion

Looking for best conversion for the 225V6 T14 clutch linkage conversion hydraulic or cable and where to get them.

 

I installed the Advanced Adapters chain set up. It's simple, smooth and works great.

 

I had the chain clutch control for a while. Then I thought I'd make life easy and switched to hydraulic stuff from a local race car parts shop. After just going through and repairing and replacing the hydraulic set (after almost 30 years and honestly, not that many miles), I think I was better off with the chain deal and if I was to do it again, I'd use the chain. Simple. Strong. And basically fail proof. I don't ever recall hearing about any issues with them failing for any reason.

If you go hydraulic, try to source parts from a common vehicle so that you replace them easily at any auto parts store. This race car stuff is special order stuff and takes days to get at best. Sounds silly, I know, when we used to wait weeks for packages to get to our doors.

 

I had the AA chain. Worked great for a very long time. Never got it to bind up even in really twisted situations.
