Steering Issue

Thank you everyone for all the information, I was able to get the bushing back on the lower housing. The way I have the housing clamped to retain the steering column it's unlikely it will come out again anytime soon. I'm calling it a very temporary fix, I'll be ordering the spring to keep the bushing in place for a permanent fix later. Again Thank you very much everyone, I appreciate your advice and help, plus I can reference this later when and if this is an issue again.
