    Does anyone have a source for the factory switch? The one on my 71 is inop.

    Try searching eBay for Signal Stat 105 or 102 or 127. There are a few variants there.

    I would test to see if you have voltage in and out of the switch as well as in and out of your flasher. It is fused with a plastic fuse holder.

    Mine didn't work and looked pretty rough.

    I checked for voltage and ended up with a new fuse and holder along with a new flasher and indicator bulb. I exercised the sluggish switch in and out quite a few times. The red plastic looked shot so I polished it with toothpaste and my wife's toothbrush. Worked pretty well. :madwife:

    Ok. It was her old toothbrush. ;)
