Just pulled the trans and tranfercase and found the clutch release lever laying in the bottom along with the pivot stud , Im going to easy out the broken stud but 2 things , It has 2 locations for the screw in stud , Can I just use the other threaded hole if not no big deal and where can I find a replacement clutch lever pivot stud , searched but no luck unless its the same as the bellcrank stud ? Also if I do come up with one is it screwed all the way in or is it adjustable ?

? 2 , the 2 piece front drive shaft where it enters the dana 20 has a mount with a carrier bearing (guessing on that) that is shot , Is that available or can it be removed and replaced with another option ?

You'll want to use the original hole, the upper one will change the angle of the fork. No adjustment on the pivot, it bolts up snug. Had a couple but sold the last one a while back, I'll have to look up the part number again.
That bearing can be replaced but it's not going to be cheap due to the way that shaft was made. Most opt for a one piece shaft after getting a price on getting that bearing replaced.

Thanks Pack Rat , On the pivot I have it has about 1/2" of good threads left so im wondering if it wasn't all the way flush then , Could I just clean up the theads and screw it in flush after I easy out the remaining stud ? if a new one cant be found , 1 piece shaft sounds like the way to go then over the 2 piece bearing style.

It's worth a try unless someone has a good used one. I do recall the guy who bought the last one I sold was very happy to find one. Part number is 994851. Did an eBay and google search but didn't find anything. Might want to check with Midwestwillys.com and see if they have one. I ran the number over at Kaiserwillys.com but they don't list it. There's a couple of others you might want to check like Jeepster Man in NJ, Debella, Walcks.

Success on removing the broken stud , easy out , a little heat , pb blaster and out she came , cleaned up the threads and drove in the remaining portion of the stud with Loctite 12 full turns plus a snug down I think should be good to go !!!

I have a friend who is parting out a '70 jeepster with that front driveshaft setup. It's in nice shape as far as I can see/feel. If you'd be interested I can see what he wants for it?

You just need the bearing and shaft, not the bracket right? Would save on shipping cost.
I'll double check it and get a price.

I pull the drive shaft out and the bearing turns but has a couple catches to it. Not smooth at all, so not usable. Sorry.
