Plowing can bend the frame. The ones I've seen that were damaged by plowing have been swayback.

This jeep looks ok though. Look around the spring brackets for cracks.

And it has a ventilated windshield too. Very chic. Quite a find in Austria!

That is a rather unusual plow mounting frame, one that would put a pretty good moment on the front of the frame horns-tending to make it a hump back. Like Tim said, check for frame cracks, including at the ends of the crossmember under the grill. It appears the center of the bumper is twisted from that mounting.

I like it!! I really like the vented windshield!! it looks solid and the top looks to be in good shape. I have not found one in as good a shape as that one here in the states. What tires are those? They look vintage.

If you don't want it, could the guy take it apart and ship it UPS to me here?

    Gerald,
Try it out, this one looks beautiful for its age. Just don't expect it to keep up with your others. The F-head is like the turtle, slow but just keeps on going.

I still want to finish putting my 1st Jeep back together with the F-head, they have a sound that is like nothing else. It says 'stick with me and I'll stick with you forever'.
