Do you have the old one? How about using it as a template and making one using some gasket material and a pair of scissors?

I do have the old one but its not paper gasket material, it looks like around 1/4 inch thick rubber donut

Did you find one? I've been looking but no success.

I thought maybe next time I'm in home depot I'd look in the plumbing dept and see if I can find a thick rubber ring of some kind that can be cut down to fit....

    I came up with A-7280
Surplus Jeep Bottom of the page under Parts Not Pictured
    Mullins Jeep
I'm sure some others may have them.

    Thanks for the help.

I see it's made of leather! Well, I hadn't thought of that.....I'll bet the craft store has leather....or maybe I have some, in a box, somewhere....

Old work glove. Amazing how many of those you see laying at the side of the road when you don't need one .
