I am running front discs and 11 inch drum rears on my 2A.
The drums are from a '55 wagon and are cam operated. I also have a set of newer 10 inch brakes that are self adjusting. I have no issues with stopping at this time.
The question is should I swap the 11 inch for the 10 inch self adjusting.
Which do you think is better? Would the 10" self adjusters perform better in the long run?
Are there any thoughts on this subject?

Find a set of 11" self adjusting brakes.
But between the 2 choices you've given, I think I'd go with the 10's-at least they're gonna (hopefully) stay in adjustment. Those cam adjusters are a PITA.

The 10" drums would likely be ok, since the rear of a Jeep is so light anyway. The main problem I see with the 10" drums is parts availability. Parts for the 11" Bendix brakes are both cheap and widely available.

Put 11 inch self adjusters on my 1957 CJ5 from a 72 wagoneer. Best upgrade I did on the. The cam adjusters are a royal pita.

I did the swap you mentioned. I found the 10" self adjustors on the front axle of a 60's Jeepster.
