What is it?

    Help guys. I have a chance to buy / steal a trailer. I think its an M416, but I really don't know crap about em. Can anyone conform what this is and what it might be worth? All I have to go on at the moment is this one photo.

    I thought so too. The current owner says it's homemade so I wasn't sure.

    The rear gate or tub looks modified. If it is under $300 then that would be a steal. I would by it anyway.

    Agreed, it looks like a M416. The tongue looks modified to me.

    It looks to me like somone had pieces of a couple different trailers and put them together. It is hard to tell in the photo but the axel hub doesn't look M416. The tongue doesn't look M416. The tub is definitly M416 but modded with a tailgate. I'd say its a good trailer though, just not restoration material. If you like the price, I'd buy it. I would not go above $400 though.
