Picked this up recently

    I recently picked this up. It was sitting behind a senior home. My buddy said some kids left it there a while back and since then the senior center was newly constructed. Im not sure if its homemade or not. Sorry these are my only pictures so far.

    Tub looks like a Bantam but the rest looks like something else. Axle/wheel hubs don't jive with bantam and I can't really make out the tongue. Free is good. Look for an ID plate on the driver side front of the tub. Spen maybe?

    Ill have to take some dimensions to see if they match an original spen ad.

    Dumb question. What is the correct way to pronounce the word SPEN? been wondering about that lately.
