What is this on my dash?

    It's some clip type thingy. Was this added by a PO or is this thing stock?

    Is it a CB Mic clip? Or maybe just a clip to hold a piece of paper, like insurance card?

    That's what I thought. Like a clip for papers/registration/mail. Hopefully it will come off without much of a fuss.
