Haven't seen one of those Jockeys around here for a long time. The last people that put one out encountered significant resistance from the community, to the point they had to hide it.

 

I had to explain that to my wife who is not American. She didn't understand the problem..

 

If you click the seller's name, you can see they have it listed in cities all around the country. Definite scam.
