While scraping the old oil pan gasket from the block on my 225, I noticed numbers stamped on the machined face of the block in line with each cylinder. For cylinders 1-6, the numbers are 10, 7, 6, 5, 6 and 5. I’m guessing the numbers may relate to The weight of some part of the rod/piston assembly. Just curious. Does anyone know what the numbers represent?

No clue on the 225, but Chrysler stamped letters on the LA engine pan rail for workers to use the correct piston for each hole.
On big blocks, there were large, kind of sloppy painted letters on the side of the block.
I'd bet it was something similar on the 225.

I don't know what those numbers are for, but I expect they are size codes for fitting pistons (sizing to the bore) on the assembly line.
