I found this setup but was told it came out of a Scout.I have the dauntless v6 with the t86 trans and t18 transfer case. The other setup I'm looking at is a t90 he didn't say what transfer case was I take it is t18.It has a Ramsey pto and winch and also overdrive. Was wondering if the overdrive and pto work behind my setup? received_748553585922624.jpeg Screenshot_20200902-213903_Facebook.jpg

The PTO is not a question, sure it will bolt up. The overdrive depends on the input shaft splines and tooth count in the transfer case. If you want to swap the entire transfer case with the OD and PTO over to your T86 that will bolt up as the T86 has a six-spline output. If you want to use your transfer case it will depend on what the input gear tooth count is on that OD, either 26 or 29 teeth. Yours will have 29 teeth as if original to the V6/T86 combo it will be a large-bore D18 with the 1-1/4" intermediate shaft. You would need to take it apart and count teeth on the bowl gear for the OD. That will take quite a bit of time to disassemble.

The picture I see is the whole setup Dauntless 225 married to a T-90 with D-18 transfer case then overdrive with PTO attached. If you are getting the unit from the bell-housing all the way back to the PTO then what is the problem.

I always do this whenever I can - that way I'm assured that I have all the bits and pieces that (with my luck) end up being specific to the setup I'm buying. Clutch throwout forks, bearings, etc. end up always being the sticking point for me..lol.

x2 what Brian said. Saves a lot of aggravation sometimes. And running around/shopping around looking for the part that was just right in front of you.
