What Year Is This Cj5?

    How large tires were you planning to run? I would get rid of the body lift to lower the COG. Looks like your fenders are already cut to clear larger tires, and I would certainly cut before I ran a body lift. These Jeeps will fit 33s with minor or no lift. Larger you need to enlarge the diameter of the rear wheel opening, and trim the bottom back edge of the front opening.

    I think I'm going with 32s for now. I don't like the body lift either. I haven't removed it yet because it gives me convenient access for other work. I need to figure out how to return the clutch and steering linkages to stock.
