    Hmmm, I know they're a lot worse without the air filters on but I never though of that- maybe if I plumb the intake to outside & use that old muffler I've been saving...

    Just an idea. Why not build a leanto against the outter wall of the garage, plumb it through the wall, and just sound proof the leanto?

    I thought of that awhile back but, not able to do for the reason that is where I park my camper. I think I'm just going to purchase a oiled compressor and put it under the work bench.
