Do I need different oil and temp senders for these gauges to work since originals are for warning lights ? My oil gauge pins to high when key is turned on and temp gauge reads 220 without thermostat opening

The senders for warning lights will not work with gauges. The warning light sender is a switch, on-off. You need the sender that the gauge manufacturer specifies.

What is this? Does not look like a CJ.

I recognize the "W" but is there something that goes in the open rectangles on the chrome overlay? Seems pretty odd.

There is a "Utility Tech" forum...

Yeah, the original gauges go in the rectangle openings. I agree, odd looking.

I assumed he posted the picture as just an example, but maybe this does need to be in Utility Tech.

You will need to contact gauge manuf. to get correct senders or needed specifications on ohms to match gauge. No name on gauges ???

Description says water temp gauge is 560 - 37 ohms

    Oil gauge 0 - 180 ohms

What Engine are the sending units going in ? Reason I ask is that you've got the ohm requirements and other info, so you could reverse part search for that specific engine. The Specs will possibly match up to your gauges At least , that's what I have had luck with.
PS , The speedo gauge looks British or international to me, with the ' KMH' scale and all ?

Your are in for a lot of searching and research, or trial-and-error, unless you can determine who made the gauges. Generally these senders are identified by application, rather than by characteristics. If there's no brand on the face, I'd suggest you remove one of the gauges and look for a brand marking somewhere on the unit.

What description? Do you have documents that go with the gauges?

Which engine won't be as much of a concern; it's common practice to adapt whatever sender you need to the available hole using brass pipe bushings. I predict it will be way more important to find a sender with the proper ohms range for that gauge.

Doesn't the gauge supplier have the proper senders?

I emailed him. No response yet. I've been looking online based on the ohms, can't find a temp sender with 100 - 250 degree 560 - 37 ohm specs
