200r Backlash

    Just bought a Ramsey 200R. The seller says it was rebuilt or refurbished. The winch is in great shape with no leakage with brand new 3/8 cable. It was a good purchase. I noticed it has some backlash in the input shaft. Nothing terrible I think but what are the specs on the worm shaft backlash? Should I look into further or move on?

    There's no published spec that I'm aware of. About all you can do is pull the cover & look inside, if there's no obvious damage I'd call it good.
