Top Mount Wiper Windshield

    Vacuum, but I don't believe that top mount ever came with electric anyway. I believe that electric wipers -- which were bottom mounted -- started in 68'.

    Mine are top mounted electric. 67

    Interesting, I didn't know there were any OEM electric top wiper motors...

    My 1966 with the v6 built in late April early May has vacuum top mounted wipers.
    A late year change to electric??

    They appear to stick up above the windshield frame. Interfering with the top.

    My 67 had factory electric wipers as well. The motors are Bosch and independent of each other. The angle of John's photo does appear to look tall but there is no interference. Below there are no wiper arms installed at this point but the motors are there .
