Trying to get wipers wired. Blue is connected from ignition switch to "B" terminal. I have to red hooked up to the to that are hot when switch is on can't figure what the the other to wired are for. I'm sure one is ground. Right now one motor works but is pretty loud. Other doesn't work but is getting juice

I determined the blue wire is ground with my multimeter I assume black is park ? Where does it go on the switch ?

Map the switch with your multimeter. Generally wiper switches connect power to ground to run the motor, so the switch will selectively ground each of the terminals to the case.

This is covered in the '70s TSMs - I presume it's also in the earlier ones.

Figured it out. Blue is ground. Black is park which connect to first hot lead when Switch is on first click red is connected to 2nd click hot. So you turn switch all of the way on works wipers, one click to left parks wipers then another to left is off. Now why is my other motor not working :-/

Also, check that it is grounded well...on one of mine, the small external screw for the gearbox cover that the ground wire connects to had gotten a bit corroded over time.
