I just bought a 60 Cj5. It will turn over but won’t fire. We have replaced spark plugs, coil and cap and rotor. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Tested for spark at the plugs? Did you replace the points? Gapped correctly? Don't be afraid to ask questions if you don't know, the folks here are very helpful, you will be advised to get a jeep shop manual, it is great advice.

Let us know which engine you have as well. Pictures are good.

As wasillashack suggested, I would recommend checking the points/point gap and check the timing settings. I would also check to make sure fuel is getting to the carb.

Also, do you have good compression? And are you sure you are getting fuel to the carb?

Did all of these things except replacing the points. Will try that. A manual came with it . Still trying to figure out how to get a picture on here. Thank you!
