I have old BluePoint hydraulic flair kit that I wouldn't trade for anything else. Someone else makes it and put the BluePoint name on it. Mine also does quick disconnect fuel lines that I have made use of a couple times. My set uses similar (if not the same) dies as the Pro Point set to hold the tubing.

Yeah sometimes they diss-contiunue stuff for whatever reason.

Having reviewed the extensive 3 page manual many times I might be taking this back- it's really more of a swaging tool than for flaring, no double flare pieces etc.

I'll play with it a bit & see if I can use it for what I want & if not back it goes.

I don't do this for work... Howard does that guy enlarge light tubing to insert one into the other, like multiples tent poles .. is that swaging? that could be me! would it squeeze or expand up to 1 1/2 inch?

No it only goes up to 1/2".

I ended up taking it back.

I occasionally gently sway back & forth, & very occasionally fall over.

Not sure that I actually rock though.
