Hello Have a 54 cj3b with t-18 reverse over a down. Looking to have a orginal style Willys dash plate with speed (MPH) for each gear and 4 speed gear patten on it. Did Jeep ever use this dash plate on later cj-5s with growler 4 speeds? I know the yellow dash decals with over and down with dana 18 twin sticks are available. Thanks for any comments.

Willy's referred to them as "name and instruction plates".
Name and instruction plates were initially developed for the CJ-2A.
These same plates were later used for CJ-3A and CJ-3B.
    Part # 666182

The CJ-5/CJ-6 models never had "name and instruction plates".
    They had decals.
    3 speed shifting decal 672139
    4 speed shifting decal 912056

Also the T-98 and T-18 have a shift knob with the appropriate pattern engraved onto the knob.

Thanks Oldtimer I found a fella that could make a (name and instruction plate) with a altered shift pattern but the max mph per gear part is a problem. Thanks for info.
